Yes! If you are new to pilates, we suggest that you join an absolute beginners class to help you feel comfortable with the reformer, build your confidence and start at a level you will enjoy.
If you have been training different types of fitness for a while, you will be ok to attend a flow class as well.
Reformer is one of the best tools for rehabilitation, for the majority of injuries. If you are unsure, ask your doctor, or feel free to speak to one of us.
Because the reformers look like torture devices! We get it, but let me tell you, give it forty five minutes at one of our absolute beginners classes and you will feel completely different.
There is unlimited parking directly outside. The best place is as soon as you enter the compound on your right, however there should be spaces directly outside at Unit 2 (on your left as you enter the compound).
Grip socks are essential, for safety and hygiene. We recommend you bring a bottle of water as well. Both of these are available to purchase at the studio.
Yes, of course. We ask that you only request a freeze once every three months, however exceptional circumstances are always considered. To do this, email lenny@maplepilates.com
You will receive your credit back, so long as you cancel more than three hours before class starts.
